This lovely Cottage is situated right in the heart of  the beautiful town of Coral Bay, with it's abundance of bar's, restaurants and traditional Taverna's. The beautiful Coral Bay beach is a short walk from our property. The property is a 2 bedroom construction. The ground floor consists of an open plan living/dining area, there is a TV and DVD player and also a CD/Radio. We have a fully fitted kitchen to the rear, with a washing machine, fridge/freezer, cooker and microwave. The ground floor is served with an air conditioning/ heating unit. There is also a downstairs lavatory. On the first floor you have two bedrooms, the main bedroom has a double bed and the guest bedroom has two single beds, both with air conditioning/heating units. Also on the first floor is a fully fitted bathroom. All bed linen and bath towels are provided for you. There is a swimming pool right outside the front entrance, with your own private garden and patio area. 

Summer Rental Period is from 1st April until 31st October.

Winter Rental Period is from 1st November until 31st March.
